 We offer mail order, as well. Domestic shipping rate apply.  At this time, we cannot ship internationally. 

 

HABETROT’S WHEEL UPDATED COVID-19 Policies

Despite Governor Wolf's removal of all covid restrictions with the exception of masking, we will maintain all of the following medical protocols related to covid-19 until further notice.

We offer PRIVATE in-store shopping and Curbside Pickup in the mornings. Please CALL (814-520-6728) first. If you stop by without an appointment, please CALL from the parking lot to ensure that there is no one scheduled. This protects those who have scheduled their shopping times ahead of time. Please be ON TIME for your appointment out of consideration for other customers.

Walk-ins and in-store pickups are welcome in the afternoon.

NO MASK, NO SERVICE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Masks MUST COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH, and they are to remain in place while you are inside Habetrot's WheelALL CUSTOMERS are required to wear a mask, whether you have been vaccinated fully or not out of consideration for those who are immuno-compromised. If you have a condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please take advantage of mail and pickup ordering. 

Use hand sanitizer at the front of the store or wash your hands before touching the yarn.

While HW will accept returns and exchanges of unopened needles and notions after June 1, 2021, within 30 days of original purchase date, all yarn and fiber sales are final to protect the health and safety of all customers due to the allergens and germs that may accummulate on the fibers.

Sit and Stitch and knit and crochet-alongs will remain VIRTUAL. This allows us to connect with more of you throughout the week while ensuring everyone's continued health and safety.

After June 1, 2021, if you need in-person assistance for a project you are working on, you may bring it in for quick help provided:

1.) either the yarn or the pattern was purchased at HW;

2.) you provide proof that you have been fully vaccinated against covid-19; and

3.) you agree to maintain a degree of social distancing while I assist you at the checkout counter (the back room has been necessarily repurposed and is off-limits to customers).

While shopping for yarn does include touching, DO NOT touch the yarn or spinning fibers to your face.

If you would like your purchased yarn wound into a cake, after June 1, 2021, I will gladly wind ONE hank while you wait. However, winding yarn is time consuming. Therefore, if you would like more than a single hank wound, please plan to pick up your yarn in a day or two.​
